Alongside the LEHM 2000 8th International Conference on Building with Earth, the Dachverband Lehm also announced the DVL Earth Building Prize for Young Academics 2020. Unfortunately, both the conference and award ceremony could not take place due to the coronavirus pandemic.
To do justice to the many applicants’ submissions and to the purpose of the prize, we have opted to announce the prizewinners online and were able to congratulate them in an online award ceremony. Full details on the prize winners and their submissions as well as a video of the award ceremony are now available on our homepage.
With the prize, the DVL aims to promote the study of earth building in an academic context by recognising academic work of excellent quality.
